Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our service at Restplex Digital (restplexdigital.com), operated by RESTPLEX Digital.

To be eligible for a full or partial refund, you must inform us via email at info@restplexdigital.com within 7 calendar days of your payment.

If the company has already started working on your project, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, you may request a partial refund. In such cases, the company will assess the work completed and charge accordingly, including the time spent on communication and other related tasks, based on the company’s standard rates. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

If no refund request is made within 7 calendar days (including holidays) from the date of payment, RESTPLEX Digital will charge the full amount and retain the funds. This is based on the assumption that our strategy and plan have been shared with the client, and their potential use by another party could cause damage to RESTPLEX Digital.

Due to the nature of our work, which depends on multiple external factors, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as sales. While we commit to providing the best possible service, the final results are influenced by factors beyond our control, including the actions of buyers who are not directly related to RESTPLEX Digital.

Refund requests may be made for the client’s internal reasons. However, if the service has already been delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.

All refund requests are subject to manual review and approval. Approved refunds are also subject to a 90-day security hold period. Once this period has elapsed, the approved funds will be released to the client.
